• Creating the most comprehensive one stop shop for websites that need to grow and attain conversion to generate revenue, now!

CAMVERA NETWORKS
• Reengineered all major corporate processes to facilitate growing the deployment capability of the company from eight (8) systems in a year to over seventy (70) per year.
• Designed, developed and deployed complete Microsoft back-office suite of systems including Microsoft Exchange, Microsoft SharePoint and Microsoft Project Server 2003.
• Managed staff of Collocation, Network Operations Center, and all Managed Services personnel as well as providing executive level support within Operations division.
• Developed extensive corporate processes for all areas of the organization to better facilitate rapid growth, hiring, and integration of staff and systems for future expansion.

MARCHFIRST
• Rolled out complete reorganization and staffing model for the technologies division for the Atlanta office in three months, employing over 135 people after the Whitman-Hart merger.
• Fashioned a four-tier software development model to encompass a majority of development platforms, including Microsoft, IBM/Lotus, object oriented, and database architectures.
• Grew technology organization from 25 to over 350 covering the entire South East United States with a budget of over 2.5 million dollars.
• Enhanced the remote management environment to facilitate hyper-growth and superior management of resources.

NEXTEL COMMUNICATIONS
• Developed the Nextel Partner’s Program, a franchised business model to enhance coverage area and to leverage numerous business partnerships to grow Nextel’s business rapidly.
• Defined both business and operational metrics for the implementation of an Oracle-based intranet.
• Acted as the business and communications interface to marketing and engineering divisions to facilitate communications and strategic synergies.
• Led all product management/marketing development of the “net” activities, including internet, intranet, and extranet applications linked to backend data sources.

IXL
• Grew the Engineering division to twenty top-notch technologists capable of developing at all levels of internet-based businesses.
• Facilitated the first $4 million month for iXL with the design, implementation, and business development of the Carlson Wagonlit Travel Agency internet/intranet sites.
• Created a $1.2 million hosting facility installation at Mae-West, the national internet access point in San Jose, CA. This allowed clients scalable connectivity to rival most national providers.
• Developed vendor relationships with most major computer hardware vendors, including Sun, Microsoft, Oracle, and Netscape. Developed vendor partnerships to leverage pricing and vendor contacts and participation.
• Managed corporate hardware and network infrastructure rollout to over 300 desktops to include Microsoft Office 97, NT Exchange server, and remote email and scheduling through Microsoft Outlook.

TURNER BROADCASTING
• Created Turner Online Internet division and managed ten-member staff for coding, creation, design, and implementation of all Turner Entertainment Group internet-based activitie including development of CNN.com and forty-two additional sites.
• Implementation of one of the first corporate World Wide Web-based intranets for Turner Broadcasting System, Inc. The site included forms, electronic signatures, secure employee purchasing, and systems to broadcast information to email, fax, PDA, and voice mail environments.
• Corporate resource to CNN Interactive web group during their startup phase. Daily page impressions exceeding two million.
• Design and implementation of Cartoon Network, Turner Broadcasting System, Inc.’s first retail internet site. The project included EDI-based product fulfillment and secure transaction ordering systems.
• Developed a five-year plan to position Turner Broadcasting as a leader in the interactive arena. The plan included exploitation of interactive television, CD-ROM-based multimedia, home game licensing and publishing, and continuing research and development activities.
• Implemented digital newsroom infrastructure built from scratch including ethernet fiber backbone, software, hardware, and training systems.

MACROMEDIA
• Produced comprehensive product plan to integrate MacroMind external device control architecture (XObjects) into the company’s multiplatform product line. Handled all bundles, OEM, and third party negotiation and contract management concerning XObjects and system level software integration.
• Developed product planning, strategy, and tactics generation for new product marketing of proprietary system level technology. These efforts resulted in contracts with Microsoft, Fujitsu, and others, which formed the basis for MacroMedia’s new internet-based Shockwave Technology.
• Assisted in developing the “China Town” standards committee as a forum for multimedia device control and format issues.
